Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Printer

  Ensure the printer, power cables, and any unused label rolls are securely packed in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
